Cherry blossom, Tafuse river, Saga.

The cherry trees are in full bloom along the Tafuse this week. This
is a couple of weeks earlier than usual, but the show is just as spectacular.

Hi marlof. Yes, it was quite a show this year. Everybody predicted that it wouldn't be so good, because we had such a mild winter. And a few trees started leafing before they had bloomed properly, but a few very warm days at blooming time brought all the blossoms out together. The peak of the sakura season here was very very beautiful.
